Ky'same Watson, Chief Instructor/ Board President

Namibia EL is a proud Camden native with over 35 years of dedicated community service. A veteran educator, she’s also a mother of three Camden City School graduates pursuing higher education. Trained at Camden’s renowned Universal Pasha Karate School, she holds a Master-level Black Belt and serves a supportive role in martial arts instruction at Pasha Arts. Her leadership reflects a deep, lifelong commitment to Camden’s culture, creativity, and growth.

Ky'same Watson, Chief Instructor/ Board President

 Ky’Same B. Watson is a seasoned martial artist with over 40 years of experience in karate and self-defense.  A 4th degree Master Black Belt of  the World Champion Universal Pasha Karate School, he carries forward the legacy of Grandmaster Robert H. Dickerson. A four-time Martial Arts Hall of Fame inductee and longtime member of the UPK Pasha Generals Drill Team, he was honored as “Master of the Year” by the World Karate Union in 2025. Outside the dojo, he serves as a professional security officer, committed to excellence, discipline, and community uplift.
